Hmm, the way Tsuki and Vector are talking seems he know more about this than he previously let on.

Looks like Tankstream's had an unexpected guest drop in. I'm guessing he won't be bored anymore!

And finally we catch up with Gilead and Herod.
Only these two behemoths could survive matter dispersal explosion and a 10 deck fall onto sharp,
electrified debris and walk out unscratched.
But it looks like neither of them have had enough!
Herod's talking trash and Gilead's had not taking it anymore.
This could get messy, folks!

Alright everyone,

All the matches have been setup!

The players are in place!

It's time to show what your OC is made of!

Again, I apologize for the long wait.

Because this took so long I'm

going to make some changes in the contest parameters.

1st - There will be only one round.

2nd – You have 6 weeks to complete your 4 - 6 pages.

Deadline is

Saturday, August 15.

The encounters are currently spread

out in 4 different locations on the Domus.

Zero E Chamber Parts Final01 by RODCOM1000

The detention area.

Service Corridor05 by RODCOM1000

The maintenance tunnels.

Zomhattan BioDome layers2small ltx by RODCOM1000

The Vivarium.

Img163 Simple 02 by RODCOM1000

The dimensional portal chamber.

But everyone's fight should end up in the dimensional portal chamber.

You should try to include other contestants in you story,

not necessarily as participants,

but at least in the background.

Although I encourage contestants

to communicate and collaborate on stories if they wish,

you only need focus on your own character and opponent.

Remember, above all, this is a storytelling contest.

Meaning how well you tell the story with your visuals.

Anyone not clear on that please note me and I'll fill you in.

For those using Rhea, the Domus A.I., in their stories...

If anyone needs any other reference note me.

Covers!

I've commissioned two covers for our finished printed book.

Check them out!

A brief word on storytelling

The MOCC is a storytelling competition.

Essentially that means how well you tell your story using images.

This means we should able to roughly follow your story even without words.

Keep it simple, but make it clear.

Linking or crossing over your stories is cool,
but poor storytelling in order to do so will hurt your score.

No one should break their storytelling flow to try to connect to another persons storyline just to shoehorn someone else's narrative.
To make that work each contestant doing so would have to tell both sides of the story so that their story would have context.

:icongenekelly: creator of Rocket and Bounce crankyoctopus.com/rocket-and-b…, has agreed to help judge our event.
He's a great artist and storyteller and this is the kind of thing we'll both be looking for and I want everyone to have a fair shot.

Anyone not clear on this please note me.

Storytelling is the #1 criteria your entry will be judged on!
