Vindicator Superpower Series 2

Here's Vindicator Superpower Series No.2 - Atmospheric Mastery.

I was never really satisfied with the one I had commissioned so I decided to do it myself. I think it's more in line with the other two in the series.
One more down on my "to do" list. ^^

Zepher has been described as a kind of air-bender but her abilities go beyond that. She has the the psionic ability to create and control air and the components of air on a molecular level. Here she is guiding a powerful tornado safely away from populated areas.
