This is Guerre (gâr)[ french def.- war] Guerre is super-humanly strong and can psychically create an impenetrable suit of armor at will.
Guerre is actually part of a splinter group formed from what is left from the Vindicator's original group of 13, after their first battle. They're more of a rival group than villains, but they do cause quite a bit of trouble down the road. Guerre is based on old Marine Corps friend who was virtually invulnerable, but not because of superpowers. It was because he was certifiable. |
